BOOKING T&C’S
We welcome bookings for 1-8 people via our website. Our private dining room accommodates up to 8 people. We also offer whole restaurant hire. For larger parties and private dining please email our team at bookings@furnarestaurant.co.uk
In addition to dining in the main restaurant, we offer the chance to dine at our counter table overlooking the open kitchen. Please specify when booking if you require one of these seats.
Please note that we are a cashless venue.
ALLERGIES AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please inform us of any dietary requirements when making your booking, and we will do our very best to accommodate. Regrettably we are unable to cater for coeliac, vegan, dairy free or anyone with a serious allergy. Please contact bookings@furnarestaurant.co.uk if you have an allergy/intolerance and would like to make a reservation.
If you would like to request a vegetarian or pescatarian Tasting Menu menu please notify us via phone or email at the time of booking, and our team will be happy to create a bespoke menu for you.
Vegetarian and pescatarian tasting menus cannot be guaranteed without prior arrangement of at least 48 hours before your reservation.
There are vegetarian and pescatarian dishes available on our à la carte menu.
DEPOSITS
As a small, independent restaurant we must protect ourselves against the culture of no-shows and short-notice cancellations. For that reason we take card details, not deposits, for all reservations 6 people or under.
À LA CARTE DINING
We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your reservation will result in a £50 per person for the á la carte cancellation fee. No shows will also be subject to the same charge.
TASTING MENU
We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your reservation will result in a £95 charge per person for the tasting menu cancellation fee. No shows will also be subject to the same charge.
SET LUNCH MENU & OCTOBERBEST
We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your reservation will result in a £35 charge per person for the set menu cancellation fee. No shows will also be subject to the same charge.
INDUSTRY & NHS
We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your reservation will result in a £25 per person for the industry and nhs cancellation fee. Offer is for 50% off the á la carte menu only, booked through the INDUSTRY & NHS website page only. Proof of employment or study ie: previous month’s payslip, student ID and course number, or NHS card MUST be shown upon arrival. Failure to show sufficient proof of employment or study will result in no discount being offered. Any discount offered is subject to manager’s discretion. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with this offer.
PRIVATE DINING
Due to the nature of this very special event a deposit 50% of your minimum spend is required upon making a reservation, this deposit will be taken off your bill at the end of the night.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event that you wish to cancel your private dining reservation that this deposit is non-refundable.
SPECIAL EVENTS
In the event that you wish to cancel your reservation the full cost of the ticket per person will be charged. By making a reservation you automatically agree to these T&C's. No shows will also be subject to the same charge. Thank you for your understanding. Gift vouchers cannot be used during any special events.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or certificate for unused differences or value can be issued. Vouchers are only valid for one booking. Gift vouchers will expire 12 months from date of purchase. Maximum of one voucher redeemable per booking. The actual gift voucher must be presented for validation upon arrival. Any reservation made using your gift voucher will be subject to our normal booking policy. Gift vouchers will be automatically redeemed in case of a no show. Supplements may apply to certain menu items. We are not responsible for any gift voucher that is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, or during special events, including but not limited to: Octoberbest, % discounts, themed dinners, wine dinners.
FURNA FRIENDS LOYALTY SCHEME
FURNA FRIENDS LOYALTY SCHEME allows for one stamp per £50 spent, after any voucher redemption. Collect 10 stamps to redeem £50 off your next bill. Only one loyalty card per booking. Cards remain property of Furna and cards with 10 stamps will be collected upon redemption of the offer. The offer may not be redeemed during special events and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or gift voucher.
