RESERVATIONS

We welcome bookings for 1–8 guests through our website. Counter seating overlooking our open kitchen is also available on request.

Please note that Furna is a cashless venue.

ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when making your reservation so we can advise on what we can accommodate.

Vegetarian and pescatarian options are available on our À La Carte menu. With at least 48 hours' notice and prior arrangement, we can also prepare vegetarian, pescatarian and gluten-free Tasting and À La Carte Menus.

Unfortunately, due to the layout of our kitchen and the risk of cross-contamination, we are unable to cater for guests with coeliac disease or guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens.

We are also unable to accommodate vegan or dairy-free diets. Serious allergies are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the ingredients being handled in our kitchen at the time of your visit.

If you have a serious allergy or intolerance, please contact bookings@furnarestaurant.co.uk before making a reservation so we can discuss your requirements.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

As a small, independent restaurant, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or amend your reservation.

Card details are required to secure reservations of up to 8 guests, but no deposit is taken.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation, or failure to attend, will incur the following charges per person:

EXCLUSIVE RESTAURANT HIRE

For exclusive restaurant hire, a deposit of 50% of the agreed minimum spend is required to secure the booking. This will be deducted from your final bill.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation date.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Special events are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event, or failure to attend, will incur a charge equivalent to the full ticket price per person.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against special events unless otherwise stated.

INDUSTRY & NHS OFFER

Our Industry & NHS offer provides 50% off the À La Carte menu when booked through our dedicated Industry & NHS booking page.

Valid proof of employment or study must be presented on arrival, such as a recent payslip, student ID with course details or NHS ID.

The offer is subject to management discretion and cannot be combined with gift vouchers or other discounts.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are subject to our standard booking and cancellation policies.
