CHRISTMAS GROUP BOOKINGS

Christmas at Furna starts Wednesday 18th November.

This year, we’ll be serving a three-course festive menu for £60 per person, available exclusively for tables of six or more.

Choose from dishes including burnt onion and Comté tart, hand-rolled cavatelli with Cornish duck ragù, Chalk Stream trout with salt-baked beetroot, fallow deer with parsnip and quince, or wild halibut with Sussex crab.

For dessert, there’s dark chocolate with clementine and hazelnut, Christmas pudding madeleines with roasted vanilla ice cream, or a selection of British cheeses.

There’ll also be a few extras you can add to the table, from Carlingford oysters with clementine and Champagne to pink fir potatoes with roasted garlic and rosemary.

We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your reservation will result in a £60 charge per person. No shows will also be subject to the same charge.
