WELCOME TO FURNA

Furna is a modern British restaurant on New Road, Brighton, led by chef Dave Mothersill.

Our cooking is guided by the seasons, working closely with trusted suppliers to bring together the best of British produce alongside carefully selected ingredients from further afield. Menus change regularly, with a focus on flavour, technique and making the most of what's available.

At the centre of the restaurant is our open kitchen, where you can watch the team at work. Whether you're joining us for a relaxed lunch, a few courses before the theatre or an evening around our seven-course Tasting Menu, we want you to feel just as comfortable popping in for a midweek dinner as you would celebrating a special occasion.

We offer a range of ways to dine, including our À La Carte menu, seasonal Tasting Menu, Table 35 sharing menu and Lunch & Early Evening Set.

This year, we’ll be serving a three-course festive menu for £60 per person, available exclusively for tables of six or more.
