Join Our Team | Front of House
We're looking for a passionate hospitality professional to join our small, dynamic team at Furna in a hybrid Front of House & Bar role.
As one of just five team members, you'll play a key part in delivering the warm, thoughtful experience we're known for. Working closely with the owner and kitchen team, you'll take ownership of the guest journey - from the moment guests arrive until their final drink.
The Role
This is a varied position combining restaurant service with creative bar work. You'll be involved in every aspect of hospitality, with the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and develop your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering warm, knowledgeable and confident service.
Working across both the restaurant floor and bar.
Preparing seasonal cocktails and serving our carefully curated wine list.
Guiding guests through our menus with genuine enthusiasm.
Contributing to the development of new cocktails and drinks.
Working with seasonal British ingredients, house-made syrups, ferments and infusions.
Bringing your own ideas to the table—we actively encourage creativity and experimentation.
Helping create memorable guest experiences every service.
Wine knowledge is preferred but not essential.

20–30 hours per week.
